EFFECTS ABOUT THE USE OF TRANSMILENIO IN BOGOTA Nowadays, there is a mass transportation system in Bogotá, Colombia, this system was created approximately in 1998, and its name is Transmilenio. Transmilenio has had positive and negative effects for the population of Bogota, and for this reason the opinions about transmilenio are dividing for the inhabitants and visitors of the city.
